No, you could place an order as a guest. However, we offer discounts to subscribers from time to time, including promotion for the first order and seasonal discount offer.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
All of our orders come packaged in an eco-friendly jewelry box adorned with a bow, and each jewelry piece comes with a luxurious pouch, perfect for any occasion!
What do I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Oh no! Our sincere apologies! Please email us at
yarradesign.au@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and we’ll be in touch within 48 hours. Our team is always happy to help you!
What is the warranty policy?
We offer a 90 natural days warranty on all jewelry covering any manufacturing defects.
If your item is damaged due to faulty workmanship or materials, contact us within 90 days with photos and your order number.
Please note, lost items, damage from normal wear, accidental mishandling, or natural oxidation/tarnishing of silver is not covered.

We ship to United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and all regions in Asia and Europe.
How much is the shipping?
The shipping is completely free!
How long is the delivery?
Delivery normally takes from 7 to 15 days, depends on your location.

Under what conditions can I request a return?
We understand there would be circumstance that you are not satisified on what your purchased, you could request a return if:
- The item arrived damaged or broken (please send photos within 48 hours of delivery).
- You received the wrong item.
- Change of mind
- Minor variations due to the handmade nature (e.g. bubbles, slight color variation)

How long do I have to request a return?
Please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your order.
When and how will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved and we receive the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, you don’t need an account — you can checkout as a guest anytime.
I have a discount code, how to use it?
In the payment stage (at the page where you fill your address and personal info), there is place where you could fill a promotional code. Note that you could apply only 1 discount for each order.
Why won’t my promotion code work?
