We accept returns if your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product. Please email us within 7 days of delivery, and make sure to include clear photos of the item and its packaging, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. For damaged items, photos must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

As each piece is handmade, small variations like air bubbles or slight color differences are natural and not considered defects. We also do not accept returns due to change of mind. To ensure quality and accuracy, we record the packing process of every order.

Once your return is approved and the item is received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

• After wearing, store your jewelry in the original box to minimize exposure to air and humidity. Proper storage helps prevent tarnishing and keeps your pieces looking their best.

• Handle your jewelry with care. Avoid dropping or scratching it against hard surfaces. We recommend removing your jewelry before sleeping to prolong its condition.
